The pub is located at the heart of the Urban Winery — on the basement level, right inside the working winery. Historic brick vaults, oak barrels and stainless steel tanks are not decorative elements, but part of the actual production process. The dynamic seating and atmosphere of a winemaker’s workshop create an approachable environment for discovering wine without intimidation or prejudice.
The relaxed pub atmosphere is shaped by drinks served on tap: not only beer, but also vermouth, mistelle and even wines. The food menu features reimagined bar classics — from house-made chips to burgers and crispy pickles.
The cocktail list tells the story of winemaking through aromas that can be discovered in a glass, transforming them into drinks with bold flavor accents.
