The spacious ground-floor restaurant is where historical architecture meets contemporary custom-made design. Original details have been carefully preserved throughout the interior: ceiling stucco, oak-framed windows and all 16 fireplaces — one of which warmly welcomes every guest in waiting area.
The menu, created by brand chef Arina Zhuravlyova and head chef Arseniy Laskaris, focuses on ingredients sourced from local farmers and rustic-style dishes — simple, comforting dishes with an elegant twist. Together, the chefs imagined what one might experience while gathering around a communal table at wineries around the world.
The wine list features more than 100 labels from across the globe, with a particular focus on Russian winemaking — from small independent wineries to industry pioneers. At the same time, there are no rigid boundaries: guests can order a Riesling from the Mosel and then then taste how the same grape is made in Russian South.
The cocktail bar explores drinks at the intersection of mixology and winemaking. Each of the nine signature cocktails is dedicated to a specific terroir, reflecting the organoleptic characteristics of different grape varieties and wine regions.
The restaurant’s “secret” room is the listening room which comes alive during curated music events. The space houses a vintage Japanese sound system, including vinyl and reel-to-reel players, an audiophile mixer and a carefully selected record collection.
